What do we need to do upon arrival?
Check in will be open 20 mins before each service. To honour & support all those working hard to make church in person possible, please arrive before the service starts.
It says the service has reached capacity, can I join a waiting list?
You will only be allowed to enter the building if you have a valid ticket. If a service is at capacity, first try booking for the other service time on that day. Any additional tickets through cancellations will be made available here. You can also have your name added to a waiting list by booking a waiting list ticket or by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If Services remain fully booked you can still experience church wherever you are - Church Online streaming live from Fusion Live Stream this Sunday.
Is there a kids programme? What health and safety procedures are in place?
From 12th July there are registered FusionKIDS and FusionTOTS programmes available for children listed on your booking. Our Kids team are also adhering to the guidelines for gatherings set out by the ACT Government for child care. This includes having communal spaces cleaned regularly and thoroughly, attendance records kept for contact tracing requirements and asking that children don’t attend if they are feeling unwell. Please let us know if you have specific concerns or ways we can help care for your child.
Someone in my group can no longer attend - can I give someone else their ticket?
