Freedom + New Life
Salvation is the free gift of Jesus offered to humankind. It is where Jesus, because of His love for us, took upon himself the price of our sins, past, present and future (Romans 5:8). He made a way to have a relationship with God the Father, by cleansing us of our sins.
Now when God looks at us he does not see our sin, but the perfect person of Jesus. When I invite Jesus into my life I am receiving that amazing grace and forgiveness, and I discover my true self and purpose in Him.
No one is ever too far gone to do this, and it is never too late.
Romans 10:9 says if you declare with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raise Him from the dead, you will be saved.
We, and all of heaven, celebrate that today is that day for you, as you pray this prayer.

Today I choose you. I have tried to live life on my own terms and failed - I am sorry for doing that. Today I choose to respond to your love, your amazing grace, your forgiveness and incredible gift of salvation. I declare you as my personal Lord and Savior.
